Turnover coordination
Turnward reads your Airbnb and Booking calendars and sends tomorrow's list at six the evening before, in your cleaner's own language, with the urgent flats placed first.

Burj Views B, Downtown, apt 2310 free until Sunday
The message your cleaner receives
Sent at 18:00, the evening before.
Your cleaner is not always your compatriot. Each one has their own language on the account, and the message goes out in it. Send both if you prefer, yours above theirs.
It arrives on WhatsApp like any other message. Marking a flat done is one tap on a link.
One per property, from Airbnb and from Booking, and one Gmail filter that forwards your Booking.com emails. Two minutes, and never again.
In order, with the urgent flats first, while there is still time to move something.
A short second message, sent only if something was booked or cancelled overnight.
Each flat marked done as the cleaner finishes, on one page, without asking anyone.
I let flats of my own on Airbnb and Booking.com, and every evening before I went to sleep I wrote out the cleaning list for the following day. Which flats, in what order, who was leaving, who was arriving and at what time.
To do that I had to open each platform on a computer, because that is the only place where the calendars show in full. Booking.com made it harder still: I could see that a flat was booked, but on a long stay it did not tell me clearly who was leaving and when, the way Airbnb does.
Then the questions would come back. Which one first. Is anybody arriving today. What time do they get in. Every answer meant opening the calendar again, and every night it was the same conversation in a slightly different order.
In the morning I checked it all once more, in case something had changed overnight, because one late arrival or one cancellation turns the order upside down and by then the cleaner is already on her way.
The same happened whenever someone asked me whether I had a flat free tonight, or for three nights. I did not know until I had gone through every calendar, one by one. I still block the dates myself afterwards, but the answer to the guest should take seconds.
And every week or two my cleaner sent me her list of what she had cleaned, and I had to check it against the calendars before paying her. Now the count is already there. If it matches what she writes, I pay, and a new count starts.
None of this is difficult work. It is simply my time, every day, spent copying out what the calendar already knew, and that was not acceptable to me. So I built what I wanted: the list goes out at six the evening before, in the cleaner’s own language, with the same-day arrivals at the top, the date of the next guest for each flat so she can plan her linen, and each flat marked done in one tap, so I can see where things stand without asking anybody.
Someone asks whether you can host them and you are not at a desk. Tap how many nights. Turnward reads every calendar and tells you which flat is free, or how to split the stay across your flats when no single one is.
Calendars read 4 minutes ago. Confirm on Airbnb or Booking.com before you say yes, because a booking made in the last few minutes may not show yet.
Every flat your cleaner marks done is counted. Pay per apartment or per hour, at your own rates and in your own currency. When you have paid, press Paid and a new count starts, so you can always check what you are asked for.
When a guest leaves and another arrives the same day, that flat is placed first in the cleaner's list and marked for you as well. You know in the evening, not at three in the afternoon.
Every list shows when the next guest arrives, so your cleaner knows whether to prepare fresh linen today or tomorrow.
The message is sent in your cleaner's own language, so nothing depends on them reading yours. Addresses and times stay as they are.
Every list carries whether the flat is free tomorrow or booked again, so your cleaner plans their own week rather than waiting to be told.
Sent at six the evening before, and again at seven in the morning if anything changed, on WhatsApp where they already are. Nothing to install, no account, no password to reset on a Sunday.
A late booking or a cancellation produces one short message in the morning, and only then. Silence means the evening list still stands.
6 euros per property, per month
Or 19 a month for up to ten. No setup fee, no contract, first month free.
If you are not happy, write to us within fourteen days of payment and we will refund you in full.
No. The message arrives on WhatsApp like any other message, and marking a flat done is one tap on a link. There is nothing to install and nothing to sign into.
Each flat in the message is a link. The cleaner taps it, a small page opens in their phone's browser saying the address and one button, they press it, and it says done. Then they close it and carry on. There is nothing to install, no account and no password, and if the message is buried the link still works later in the day.
Airbnb and Booking.com, and anything else that gives you a calendar link. You paste the link once for each property. For Booking.com you also add one Gmail filter that forwards your booking emails to your own Turnward address. The Booking.com calendar joins two stays into one when a guest leaves and the next arrives the same day, and the booking emails show that changeover.
Yes. Tap tonight, three, five or seven nights, or type any other number, from tonight or from a date you choose. Turnward reads every calendar and shows which flat is free. If no single flat is free for the whole stay, it shows how to split the stay across your flats. Each answer shows when the calendars were last read, so confirm on Airbnb or Booking.com before you say yes.
Yes. Every flat the cleaner marks done is counted. You pay per apartment or per hour, at your own rates and in your own currency. Turnward shows the total owed, and when you have paid, you press Paid to close the period and start a new count.
A second, short message goes out in the morning with anything that changed overnight. The evening list is for planning, the morning one only tells the cleaner what is different.
English, Arabic, Spanish, Hindi, Tagalog, Russian, French and Romanian. Each cleaner has their own, and you can send both languages in one message, yours above theirs.
Yes. Give each property its city and its cleaner, and each cleaner receives only the flats they look after, at six in the evening in their own time zone. Dubai and Zurich on one account is the same as three flats on one street.
Yes. If Turnward is not working for you, write to contact@turnward.app within fourteen days of paying and we will refund you in full, with no questions asked. After fourteen days you can stop at the end of any month, and we do not charge again.
Checkout times, addresses and your cleaner's number, which is what the message is made of. Nothing is sold and nothing is shared. Guest names are not read.
